NetFort Technologies have extended the LANGuardian functionality for campus and large networks with the new LANGuardian Bandwidth Quota Monitor. The module allows Network Managers to define and automatically monitor a Bandwidth Quota (daily and/or weekly) for any user  or groups of users on the network. Warnings emails and automatic actions can be configured as quota is consumed.

The LANGuardian core monitoring system comes with a number of optional modules including the Bandwidth Quota Monitor that extend monitoring, intrustion detection and analysis capabilities on your network. Other modules include the Windows FileShare Monitor, SQL Server Database Monitor, Email Monitor and the Web Browser Monitor.

• Allows administrator to define multiple policy groups for your organisation
• Allows administrator to create and edit bandwidth quotas for each policy group
• Allows administrator to alter the membership of each policy group
